What is it's purpose?
Hand Disinfection Machine with builtin Contact-less Thermometer is a new level of COVID-19 protection security. Non-contact infrared thermometer can measure temperature within 1-4 inch (2-10cm) distance from hand, more healthy and safe.
When the temperature is over the normal temperature value, the contact-less digital thermometer will displays temperature in red and plays a Voice alert sound that will let you know whether has a fever. Temperature could be pronounce in English (lady’s voice) and Polish (man or women voice) or turned off. All futures and settings are easy accessible by remote control or WEB interface. Large LCD also can show custom graphics such as company logo, trade mark or ads.
Story
One Polish company rans a Hand Disinfection Machine production. It was cool idea because market needs it due to COVID-19 pandemic situation an government restrictions. This project becomes a continuation of improvement Hand Disinfection Machine. Has been created for new generation of
Hand Disinfection Machines.

Within 10 days I got perfect quality target PCB boards from China. Next the control systems has been delivered to my client.

Based on STM32F411CE
Optional external 16MB SPI flash memory.
3.2” color LCD screen.
IR remote control.
MLX90614 contact- less temperature sensor.
2 optically isolated inputs from external devices (PCF817 optocouples used)
Communication port for integration with sanitizer Control System.
2 layers PCB created in KiCAD.
